This is to inform all our accredited community health training institutions that registration for 2023 National Qualifying Professional Examination will now end on Friday 7th July 2023.
The Registration fees are as follows:

The fees are expected to be paid along with registration for new or renewal of licence whichever is applicable. Candidates who had earlier paid for registration and licensing fee are not required to pay, but they must show evidence of the earlier payment. The fees should be paid to Community Health Practitioners Registration Board through Remita using Examination and Licence platforms. The Remita print out should accompany the document of registration.
All candidates, including those retaking, should necessarily submit their photo passports for the registration. The passports are to be presented in a photo cardboard/album affix with gum. Be informed that absence of passport automatically disqualifies the candidate. The HOD should crosscheck and ensure that lists of names are recorded properly and the papers to be taken are correctly indicated. The hard copy and the photo album are to be submitted to the Board accordingly.
Kindly NOTE that registration by courier or piecemeal will not be entertained, while late registration shall not be allowed.
